BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE

Established in * Enclude is a leading Irish
non-profit with a mission to provide appropriate and cost-effective
I.T. consultancy services and solutions to charities. The organisation
operates a number of programmes which provide charities with access to
a range of donated technology offerings and also support with the
adoption of cloud-based CRM (Client Relationship Management) and
Financial Management solutions. The organisation in continuing to grow
its team of * staff and the introduction of the
new Operations and Finance role underpins the organisation’s
commitment to improving its capability to deliver on its mission.

POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to manage the organisation’s finance
function and ensure that client solutions are delivered in line with
agreed standards in a timely manner and consistent with financial
expectations and satisfied clients.

This new and exciting role is crucial in ensuring a seamless
coordination of operational activities and financial management
underpinning the organisation’s overall success. We are seeking a
talented and experienced Operations and Finance Manager to join and
contribute to this endeavour. You will work within a supportive and
developmental environment with colleagues who share an interest and
passion to support our client charities to improve their digital
capacity.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

OPERATIONS

* Manage the Projects Implementation Pipeline to ensure a steady
throughput of work.
* Work closely with functional leads to schedule and coordinate the
assignment of technical resources to projects ensuring the optimal
utilisation of resources consistent with delivery schedules,
organisational budgets, and pipeline needs.
* Monitor and review delivery schedules and work with project
managers to plan, manage, and adjust schedules to ensure that delivery
deadlines are met, and solutions are delivered to the required quality
standards.
* Monitor, control and evaluate the delivery process and quality of
the delivered solutions. Distil learnings for improvements.

FINANCE:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts and annual draft
accounts for auditors, and management of all standard processes that
contribute to these functions.
* Develop and maintain financial policies, processes, controls, and
systems to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory requirements,
financial stability, and risk management.
* Ensure effective cash flow management.
* Act as Company Secretary and attend bimonthly board meetings.

OTHER

* Manage and coordinate the implementation of agreed quality
standards and monitor data security compliance.
* Lead and develop a high-performing team by fostering a
collaborative and positive work environment that encourages continuous
learning and improvement.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CPA) or qualified by
exceptional experience.
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a finance role and managing a
finance function.
* Experience with project planning, and resource scheduling to
deliver successful project.

TERMS

This is full time position with an initial contract period of two
years. Hours of Work: *.5 hours per week
(full-time). Flexibility may be available on working hours, subject to
negotiation.
